Responsibility
as a Planner & Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in the planning and scheduling of utilities works
planning and scheduling of works using Deponet and Sharepoint
prepare for meetings, ensuring all documents are up to date and available
document preparation and creation, including for external purposes such as bids
identify and communicate ideas for process improvements and innovations
complete basic spreadsheet work analysis
to support the business to achieve company goals by providing comprehensive administrative support for a busy dynamic team, completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner to a high standard
general office duties, such as printing, scanning, photocopying, filing and arranging professional printing when necessary
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
business administration or management qualification
desirable
experience of working in an administration role, in a fast-paced environment
essential
experience of working with and dealing with senior managers
experience of using Office 365, including Sharepoint
experience of using Deponet
