Responsibility
reporting to the Director, this role will be at the heart of sales and customer development
the successful candidate will be commercially astute with a background in estimating or project management, preferably in the technical services sector
researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better
your role will be predominantly client-facing, developing existing client relationships but also creating new opportunities with new customers in a number of markets in the UK
negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email and in-person meetings
primarily a self-starter and self-managed you will be part of a strong management team that has been very successful over a long number of years and that has an excellent reputation in our customer base and also in the building services sector
attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events
produce written proposals of a high standard that make a compelling case for the prospective client to procure PCS’s solution

bachelors degree is required
