Responsibility

  • organise and schedule meetings, appointments and events, coordinating with team members and external stakeholders as necessary
  • assist with recruitment processes, including monitoring job vacancies, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
  • manage and maintain office supplies, equipment and facilities, anticipating and addressing any needs or issues that may arise
