Responsibility
- to carry out risk assessments and vehicle inspections
- to carry out condition-based assessments on HV and LV overhead power lines and record information
- ensure compliance with all company-controlled documents, including all method statements and procedures
- to propose any work required to resolve non-conformity
- to follow all company policies linked to this role
- to undertake any training that would be required for the role
- to deliver work on a regular basis and in an agreed format
- work with Project Manager to build a program of works
Requirements
- A comprehensive understanding of network planning & design
- must be comfortable working alone
- experience maintaining or surveying power lines
- previous surveying/engineering experience
- must be comfortable working outdoors throughout the year
- SPEN Authorisation WI1-Wi2 minimum
- full driving licence
- must hold a full driving licence
