  • respond to live chats on our website promptly, assisting customers with inquiries, booking requests, and resolving any issues they may have
  • engage and respond to messages on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms, providing helpful and personalized support
  • handle all administrative tasks related to customer trips, such as processing bookings, updating itineraries, and coordinating with our travel partners
  • collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback from customers and identify areas for improvement in our services
  • maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and be up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destinations
  • assist customers with trip planning and booking, providing travel advice, and ensuring they have all the information they need for a memorable journey

Requirements

  • proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
  • excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience
  • proficient in using social media platforms and live chat tools
  • detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
