collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback from customers and identify areas for improvement in our services
maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and be up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destinations

Requirements
proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude
strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience
proficient in using social media platforms and live chat tools
detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
passion for travel and a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer experiences
