Requirements
- A valid UK PIN is a prerequisite for this role
- previous experience in a similar capacity is essential
- current knowledge of clinical practices, along with familiarity with CQC standards and regulations
- demonstrated leadership and management acumen
- proficiency in computer literacy, numeracy, and literacy, coupled with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to commute to Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire
