Responsibility

  • arrears collection of failed Direct Debit debts
  • handle financial disputes and negotiate payment/plan to bring accounts up to date
  • retention of merchants who are wanting to leave due to financial issues
  • responsible for own caseload from the start to end of the collection process
  • make firm business decisions to ensure timely recovery of debt
  • providing accurate advice over the telephone and in writing when necessary
  • work within guidelines and reports directly to the Customer Service Managers
