Requirements
- relevant NVQ or equivalent qualification
- CSCS/ CPCS or similar card holder
- experience with plot works on housing projects
- proven experience as a Groundworker with experience on housing projects
- competence in operating plant machinery
- ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings
- good physical condition and stamina, with the ability to perform manual labor
- strong understanding of health and safety practices in construction
