Responsibility
- updating account activities and account information using the company CRM
- onboarding: Overseeing gateway integration, go live procedures , training on the use of the gateway, etc
- general Account and Relationship Management: Regular engagement with the clients to proactively resolve concerns or discover new business opportunities, while keeping the management and operations of the status of the account
- attending client meetings with the Senior and Key Account Manager to observe and support the requirements of the client
- work on other tasks assigned
- supporting account planning strategies, following through on deliverables, and monitoring account targets
