- reporting directly into the Head of Division
- motivating our existing agents and recruiting new agents
- as this is a national role travel will be required with overnight stays, ideally living in the Dundee area reporting to our distribution on cleppington road Dundee
- overseeing the operations at branch assisting when need and provide cover for the manager in their absence
- sales minded in order to spot new opportunities
- this is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing a number of Field sales agents you will have the opportunity to build your own team in vacant areas
- accountability for sales targets, ensuring these are met and exceeded
- performance management, training, and coaching of all Sales Agents
- ensuring Company policies and procedures are being followed
- building a close relationship with your support team at Head Office to assist sales opportunities
- implementing new ideas and keeping a strong focus on continual improvements in the way we operate
- taking action on underperforming agents
- regular interaction with all Directors and senior managers of the business
Requirements
- experienced Area / Sales Manager in a target driven industry
- experience working within the high-volume sales environment
- success in driving sales
