- reporting directly into the Head of Division
- motivating our existing agents and recruiting new agents
- as this is a national role travel will be required with overnight stays, ideally living in the Dundee area reporting to our distribution on cleppington road Dundee
Requirements
- experienced Area / Sales Manager in a target driven industry
- experience working within the high-volume sales environment
- success in driving sales
- inspirational leader with a proven track record of delivering results
- self-motivated with the ability to get things going
- strong time management and organisational skills are essential
- A real desire to develop your team
- strong leadership, decisionmaking, people management and development are essential for the role
