Requirements
- completion of a dog grooming course or relevant grooming experience
- ability to groom a minimum of 3 dogs per day to a high standard

- basic understanding of dog behaviour, handling, and safety
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and follow grooming techniques

Responsibility
- perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other grooming tasks as required
- assist senior groomers in various aspects of dog grooming, including bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, and styling
- ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs during the grooming process
- learn and practise proper grooming techniques for different breeds, coat types, and sizes of dogs
- communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide professional advice as needed
- observe and participate in maintaining a clean and organised grooming environment, including equipment sanitation and facility cleanliness
- maintain a clean and organised grooming area
- interact with clients and their dogs in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
