Responsibility
- ensure networks are prepared for survey in an efficient and timely manner
- liaise with internal and external stakeholders to report on project progress
- QA on data to ensure client expectation, as well as our own internal high standards, are met
- resolve data anomalies and provide clear and concise feedback to sub-contractors when necessary
- submit all data to the end user in accordance with the project specification
- in collaboration with the senior engineers, help improve existing processing methods
- process various survey types in accordance with relevant standards
- ensure that all work and tasks carried out are done as per company guidelines to assist, in the continual development and improvement of PTS, its ISO 9001 management systems and to comply with all international standards, Health and Safety, applicable laws, regulations, protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- working to deadlines Essential
- strong communication, verbal and written, via a variety of mediums Essential
- eye for detail, finding errors in large datasets, error resolution when necessary Essential
- self-sufficiency, working under own initiative Essential
- adaptability to ensure all parts of the division run smoothly Essential
- familiarity of various GIS packages Preferred
- an engineering/maths/science qualification Preferred
- knowledge of UKPMS surveys Preferred
