Responsibility

  • meet and greet visitors where necessary
  • managing booking slots for all customers within 4 hours of mail receipt and updating the system/persons/clients accordingly with all relevant details
  • responsible for all booking in paperwork and deadlines
  • receiving and processing customer orders
