Responsibility
- first Point contact for Advocacy Referrals
- answering telephone and establishing requirements of caller – direct as appropriate
- update forms as and when required

- handling of office general emails
- minute taking
- updating patient records
- stationery / office supplies
- annual Leave: 6 Weeks per year, public holidays included
- extracting data for Reporting purposes
- location: The State Hospital, Lampits Road, Carstairs, Lanarkshire, ML11 8RP
- assist in preparation for team meetings, room bookings, events, board meetings etc
- accountable to: PAS Manager
- keeping up to date records
- to provide reporting and information to PAS/TSH Board as required
- hours: Up to 21 hours. Hours/Days and number of days worked are negotiable. May be suitable for someone looking to work school based hours

Requirements
- educated to higher level
- essential
- previous experience of working in a busy environment, a secure setting would be advantageous
