Requirements
- proven experience as a joiner or similar role
- proficient in using joinery tools and equipment
- knowledge of different types of wood and their properties
- familiarity with electrical, masonry, painting, plumbing, and roofing work
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and fittings
- physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions
