Responsibility

  • key responsibilities
  • ensuring quality support for all members and visitors of the centre. Developing a safe and secure environment
  • excellent organisational and leadership qualities, to lead, manage and develop the charity
  • budget control
  • grant writing and fundraising initiatives
  • managing staff members, volunteers, and students undertaking work placement
  • to have a knowledge and practical understanding of legislation relating to health and safety, fire safety, food safety, COSSH, safeguarding and GDPR
  • complete risk assessments, individual assessments, project development and forward planning for the charity
