  • the Director of Finance will be responsible for driving the financial planning and budgeting activities for some business segments at PATH

  • this position will report to the Global Head of FP&A and will be a valued consultant to leaders

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field with a minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in finance required
  • experience in a leadership role with progressive responsibility leading teams in finance for well-established organizations required
  • CPA or Master of Business Administration desirable
  • experience in the global nonprofit sector would be a plus
  • strong business acumen
  • demonstrated leadership and management skills, including the ability to work under pressure, provide sound judgment, enabling teamwork, collaboration, and sustain momentum
  • global mindset with sensitivity to diverse culture/workforce and a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • strong systems acumen. Ability to work closely with the Financial Systems team to continuously improve PATH’s overall budget and forecasting system application, including championing data structure and integrity
