- the responsibilities of these roles include
- operate production machinery and equipment ensuring that it is set up correctly and safely
- monitor and check production process to ensure efficiency and quality
- the role of a Trainee Production Operative is one of the most responsible roles within our factory and is the beginning of our food manufacturing process
- perform quality checks and measurements on finished products to ensure that they are within a customers specifications
- the Trainee role is new to us and the right candidate will be put with an experienced Press Operative to gain the knowledge and understanding of our unique machinery and processes
- follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
