Responsibility
- greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- present menus to guests, explain menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
- provide attentive and personalized service to address guests' inquiries, special requests, and dietary restrictions
- monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure a positive dining experience
- maintain a clean and organized work station, including tables, chairs, and dining areas
- collaborate with other team members, such as kitchen staff and hosts/hostesses, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
Requirements
- proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- hospitality
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- bartending
- strong attention to detail to accurately record orders and serve food and beverages with precision
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- outstanding time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- knowledge of Turkish cuisine and familiarity with menu items is a plus
