Responsibility
- pasah ltd is looking for a Chefs in Nepali and Newari food to join our team in Wembley
- work with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure that food is prepared according to chef’s recipes and standard recipes
- pasah is a Nepalese and Newari cuisine, based at Wembley delivering an authentic Nepali and Newari food
- assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, and mopping
- as a Chefs, you will be responsible for the overall appearance and quality of the food served at our restaurant
- ensure all food is presented in a timely manner before guests arrive
- prepare ingredients needed for daily service
- ensure all service items are set properly before guests arrive
Requirements
- knowledge and experience of preparation of Nepali and Newari foods
- ability to work well under pressure and be able to quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- excellent verbal communication skills along with written skills are required
- must be able to work well with others as a team player
- chef: 1 year
- cooking: 1 year
- 1+ years of experience as a Chef or Head Chef in a professional kitchen is preferred
