Requirements
- previous experience in customer service is desirable, ideally in a B2C e-commerce business
- excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills, with a flair for conversation and a confident telephone manner
- friendly, patient, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- able to use your initiative to look for ways to improve processes or customer experience and take ownership of problems
- self-motivated, organised, with good attention to detail
- this role is full time Monday - Friday based from our HQ in Irlam, Manchester
Responsibility
- answering telephone calls and helping resolve customer queries as quickly as possible
- monitoring social media channels and responding to customers to match our brand
- assisting the warehouse resolve stock discrepancies
