- care workers work under the direct supervision of the registered manager and undertakes
- tasks and duties delegated by them. They will work collaboratively with the care team to
- meet our customers needs. They will follow policies and procedures whilst working to best
- practice guidance at all times
- to ensure the wellbeing and safety of all the people within their care
- to ensure that care is delivered as per the persons individual plan of care and in line with commissioned services
- to ensure that the service policies & procedures are adhered to at all times
- attend all compulsory training where required and pass knowledge learnt onto the other care staff
