  • experience and desire to develop approach to leveraging Performance Max essential
  • confident in building initial rapport and long term relationships with clients
  • confident in building long term relationships with clients
  • management of campaigns across multiple industries
  • experience strategising website/landing page changes to enhance paid search performance is a real plus
  • any other regular exposure to digital channels - particularly Paid Social, Display and Email marketing is beneficial
  • we estimate that 4 years Google Ads experience will be required for the role, however we are attracted to quality of experience rather than quantity
