- end-to-end campaign planning, brief writing and execution of direct mail campaigns
- what we're looking for
- working with our product team to plan and source product for marketing campaigns
- first stage review of creative ensuring it’s in line with the brief and objectives
- you'll have a proactive mentality and a desire to achieve stretching targets
- design and copy edits/comments
- designing a promotional activity plan for email marketing
- developing standards and procedures for interacting with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction with company services
- providing insightful, operationally based reporting
- analysing statistics and compiling accurate reports, acting as the voice of the customer to assist with internal decision making
- providing feedback and insight to the business to drive continuous improvement and improve the customer experience
- supporting the Team Leaders with supervising the contact centre ‘floor’ when required
- supporting delivery throughout operations, ensuring resources are available and deployed effectively
- overseeing the operational resource requirements of the contact centre and monitoring agent adherence
