- to ensure a high-quality standard of childcare is given to all our children and their families
- plan and provide appropriate activities for all children
- follow and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage
- build good relationships with children and their parents/carers and liaise with them daily
- adhere to and promote all of Parkway Day Nursery Limited policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality at all time
- work directly with practitioners to ensure the best possible care and education for the children in our care
- support the management team with the day to day running of the Nursery
