Requirements
- knowledge and previous experience in Sales and Lettings procedures and office administration preferred but full training will be given
- previous experience in customer focused environment as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator essential
- knowledge and/or qualifications using variety of IT programs. Data input skills to a high standard of speed and accuracy
- knowledge of the local area and property market, sales and lettings
- understand and adhere to the Property Misdescriptions Act
- personable appearance, well organised with good communication and client care skills
- estate Agency: 1 year
- car owner/driver and the use of a vehicle for traveling to/from properties
Responsibility
- monitoring other Agencies stock
- 14. Any other duties which may be required by the Estate Agency Manager
- develop skills and expertise in property selling and to keep up to date with the needs of the firm and developments in relevant law and procedures
- 10. Assisting with the general lettings protocol incl. Viewings, inventories, check-ins and inspections
