Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • day starts and ends in Northamptonshire
  • looking for someone keen, motivated, organised and knowledgeable to support and lead the team
  • need to lead by example and solve issues on the spot
  • everything is required to be at an exceptional standard
  • must be polite to others, punctual and reliable and must have leadership skills
  • experienced Team leader required on maintenance on New build show homes, plots and POS areas. Working 07.30-5pm. Overtime available if required, may need to work an occasional Saturday if extremely busy
  • management of a small team of maintenance operatives to ensure all work is completed in the timescales set, and to a very high standard
  • show attention to detail
