Responsibility
- we are looking for part time support for our ecommerce area
- you will be responsible for helping with the day to day running of the department and providing a great customer experience
- you could also have the opportunity to be involved in some projects within the business
- this is an an excellent opportunity for someone requiring a flexible part time role
- support the e-comm team in managing the website to hit monthly & yearly KPI's
- manage daily online orders & ensure that these are dispatched within agreed timescales
- manage customer enquiries and order expectations
- ensure that the website is kept up to date with correct prices, new products and any special offers or communications
