- conducting market research on authentication services and quality control guidelines for second-hand pieces
- inspecting items to ensure accuracy of description and condition, achieving daily and weekly productivity goals
- training staff members in quality control and authentication
- creating a guide for quality control and authentication, maintaining implemented procedures
- monitoring and reporting counterfeit items
- controlling brand criteria of received items for C2C, B2C, re-lists and returns
- working alongside stockist and assisting in categorising and selecting items received, ensuring control of those items
