Responsibility
- email and diary management for the business as required
- plan and arrange internal and external meetings, video conferences and calls
- manage the enquiries email inbox responding within an agreed timeframe
- act as first point of contact and dealing with clients
- monitor and order office consumables
- research, establish and maintain relationships with overhead suppliers
- the following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work. Other duties may be required, which align to the remit of the role
- assist with correspondence
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting and promoting organisations
- bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
- outstanding communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate at all levels
- excellent customer service and organisational skills along with a ‘can do’ attitude and fantastic telephone manner
- ability to focus on multiple projects in various stages of development
- ability to work autonomously, be proactive and use own initiative
- experience communicating with external suppliers and trades
- experience in calendar and inbox management
