Responsibility

  • greeting the residents when they enter or leave the building
  • handling incoming telephone calls and emails
  • receiving guests and visitors to the building and directing them accordingly
  • maintaining the highest levels of customer care and service and remaining courteous at all times
  • managing any complaints in an effective manner
  • taking the correct action should there be an emergency and advising the necessary authorities
  • responsibility and safekeeping of any incoming mail or parcels and delivering to the residents as required
  • assisting the residents and their guests when requested. For example, helping with shopping, loading and unloading their vehicle or arranging access to the underground car park
