- managing any complaints in an effective manner
- taking the correct action should there be an emergency and advising the necessary authorities
- responsibility and safekeeping of any incoming mail or parcels and delivering to the residents as required
- assisting the residents and their guests when requested. For example, helping with shopping, loading and unloading their vehicle or arranging access to the underground car park
