Responsibility

  • experienced Waiting Staff member with Bar and Supervisory experience required to work in busy Restaurant, Bar and Terrace

  • we have a vacancy for an Restaurant Supervisor / CDR Member of staff at WEST LODGE PARK HOTEL in HADLEY WOOD
  • flexibility is required with regard to hours, which may vary considerably from one week to the next
  • serving food and drink in our Restaurant and Bar, as well as in private functions rooms , ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality are demonstrated at all times
  • experience in a supervisory position, able to manage staff and with good customer service skills are essential, and we can provide additional training if needed
  • we are looking for individuals who are good with people, confident and well-presented, good team players with a good work ethic who have a willing can-do attitude
  • permanent contract working 45\* hours over 5 days per week, as per rota including weekdays, weekends, daytime, evenings & Bank Holidays etc. in line with business needs
