Responsibility
as the captain of our marketing ship, you'll be in charge of rocking with your expertise
develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the two visitor attractions to drive visitor attendance and revenue
oversee all aspects of the attractions' online presence, including website administration, social media campaigns, search engine campaigns, and online booking systems
monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing campaigns
collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives
conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
observe marketing budgets, tracking expenditure, and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Requirements
proven experience in Marketing, preferably in the visitor attraction/leisure industry
strong knowledge of visitor attractions, including experience managing ticketing and booking systems
drivers License and access to a vehicle for visiting businesses within the portfolio
proficiency in social media platforms, website content systems, and digital marketing tools
demonstrated experience in budget control and managing marketing expenses
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for proofing marketing materials
