Responsibility
- reporting Monthly Management Accounts including full P&L and Balance sheet to Directors and the Bank
- monthly journals including Stock, Prepayments, Accruals and Depreciation
- management of the Fixed Asset Register including Additions, Disposals and Depreciation
- weekly Cash Flow reporting and subsequent management of cash balances
- weekly Sales reporting
- perform and oversee key Balance Sheet reconciliations including but not limited to Stock
- other ad-hoc projects, requests as required by the Finance Director
- check and approve Credit Note Requests
Requirements
- sage Line 50
- comprehensive knowledge of Nominal, Sales and Purchase Ledger including coding
- in depth understanding of Cash flow management, Bank Reconciliation and Credit Control
- customs, Import and Export requirements to Europe and ROW
- google Mail
- foreign currency transactions
- government Gateway
- knowledge of current VAT legislation, including impartial VAT
