Responsibility

  • to apply for the role we would prefer candidates to have experience in customer service
  • main responsibilities Customer service/Sales Operator
  • manage large amounts of incoming calls, in a polite, calm, timely and professional manner
  • answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services, upselling and advising customers of alternative options available
  • answer email queries and respond in a professional, timely, effective responsive manner
  • an exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's leading and rapidly expanding Same day Transport Companies based in their STOCKPORT office. Starting at 9am till 6pm with an hour lunch
  • utilize computer technology booking live jobs on the in-house intransit/cx systems, providing quotations
  • the role of Customer service/ sales operator is to provide a high level of support to the control and operations of the Same day / Logistics Transport Service Centre and ensure a high level of customer service from booking to completion
