provide administrative support to employees, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, answering questions, and providing or distributing information
perform administrative functions such as record keeping, data entry, and reporting
coordinate with other departments to ensure that work orders are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
maintain confidentiality of all employee and customer information
assist customers in any way necessary
maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
perform other duties as assigned
