- working on UX design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- create flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes for presentation and testing purposes
- conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions
- design prototypes that outline key user journeys, and review others' work for improvement
- advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices
- organise, manage and conduct user research sessions to gather insights.From understanding user needs, behaviours, and pain points, you present findings in a compelling way to the wider working team
- run user-centric workshops through ideation and co-creation sessions, drawing upon your experience to devise the best UX design strategies and manage difficult conversations
- your communication and listening skills allow you to consider various ways of thinking and routes.You always find a way to move forward and arrive at an outcome that benefits the business and its customers
