  • preparing customer quotations
  • negotiating prices with customers
  • closing sales opportunities
  • confirming payment terms prior to order acceptance according to Paragon guidelines
  • completing production documentation packs including route sheets and supporting documentation
  • generating and managing timing plans where applicable
  • being in regular contact with customers and Sales Managers

Requirements

  • good communication and commercial awareness skills are essential
  • negotiation skills
  • ability to achieve commercial targets
  • enjoys speaking with customers and building long term relationships by phone and face to face through visits
  • enjoys working closely with members of the Sales team
  • understanding of production planning and scheduling of fluctuating workloads
  • good administrative skills and an eye for detail
