PARADIGM LANDSCAPES is looking for employees for positions:
- hard Landscape Works
- setting out and laying of porcelain, sandstone and all other types of paving
- setting out and laying of all types of block paving
- setting out building of all types of timber fencing structures
- setting out, preparation and laying of various sub base materials
- building basic blockwork and brickwork structure for step risers and small retaining walls
- operate a wide range of power tools including disk saws, grinders, drills etc and operate different items of plant including micro/mini excavators
- driving Licence
- CSCS, CPCS or NPORS certification and/or relevant construction/plant operations SVQ
- 4 years of Landscaping experience
- CSCS, CPCS or NPORS certification
- relevant SVQ or construction/plant operations qualifications
- full UK Driving Licence
- minimum 4 years of experience in hard landscaping
- proven experience leading teams on landscaping projects
- strong skills in bricklaying, woodwork, and groundworks
- good plant knowledge and ability to identify planting schemes
- ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team
- ensure safe and efficient use of all tools, equipment, and machinery
- support the development of the team by providing mentoring
- liaise with clients and management to ensure customer satisfaction throughout projects
