landscaper

Responsibility

  • hard Landscape Works
  • setting out and laying of porcelain, sandstone and all other types of paving
  • setting out and laying of all types of block paving
  • setting out building of all types of timber fencing structures
  • setting out, preparation and laying of various sub base materials
  • building basic blockwork and brickwork structure for step risers and small retaining walls
  • operate a wide range of power tools including disk saws, grinders, drills etc and operate different items of plant including micro/mini excavators

Requirements

  • driving Licence
  • CSCS, CPCS or NPORS certification and/or relevant construction/plant operations SVQ
  • 4 years of Landscaping experience

team leader

Requirements

  • CSCS, CPCS or NPORS certification
  • relevant SVQ or construction/plant operations qualifications
  • full UK Driving Licence
  • minimum 4 years of experience in hard landscaping
  • proven experience leading teams on landscaping projects
  • strong skills in bricklaying, woodwork, and groundworks
  • good plant knowledge and ability to identify planting schemes
  • ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team

Responsibility

  • ensure safe and efficient use of all tools, equipment, and machinery
  • support the development of the team by providing mentoring
  • liaise with clients and management to ensure customer satisfaction throughout projects
