Requirements
- excellent communication skills and be IT literate
- ability to cope under pressure by prioritising workload and dealing effectively with crises/emergencies
- ability to manage, motivate and monitor the performance of all team members
- at least five years’ experience of working in an adult care setting with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience in an operational management capacity
- vaccinated against COVID-19 or prepared to be vaccinated (please see statement below
- either a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services Wales and Northern Ireland or Level 5 NVQ in Management and Leadership
- act as Clinical Lead for our residents and work in partnership with our external service providers i.e. GP's, District Nurses, Occupational Therapists etc
- available to work two public holidays each year
