Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- recycling collections of paper, cardboards, confidential waste and occasional plastics
- ensuring your safety, the safety of our customers and the safe operation of company vehicles at all times
- loading and unloading your vehicle
- observing all current legislation
- MUST have no more than 6 penalty points on licence to be considered for the role
- providing a courteous and efficient collection/exchange service to our customers and ensuring that you act as ambassador for the company in everything you do
- driving a hook lift wagon & drag HGV - please note you may occasionally be required to drive other vehicles in our fleet
- qualifications and Skills
Requirements
- A new opportunity has arisen for a Class 1 Driver to join our family-run Wastepaper recycling business based in North Manchester
- this new role has arisen thanks to our recent growth and our expanding customer portfolio
- driving a Goods Vehicle: 2 years
- skip Wagon/Hook Lift: 1 year
