- we are recruiting a Sales Supervisor for our stores

- the successful candidate will support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a store to maximise its performance, increase sales, deliver exceptional customer service and lead store team members

- you will be working closely with all members of the Paper Tiger team, including the web orders team, and a store team of full-time, part-time and seasonal sales staff
- you will need to demonstrate experience and proficiency supporting a store management team, including development, and training, excellent customer service standards, merchandising and display, administration and compliance, and stock control and replenishment
