Responsibility
- wash, sanitize and store all dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils used in the kitchen and dining areas
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- keep kitchen floors clean and dry to prevent accidents
- dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
- assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning duties as needed
- follow health and safety regulations at all times
- report any equipment malfunction or breakage to the supervisor
