Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • comment on tender contracts identifying areas of risk and possible mitigation
  • supporting the estimating team
  • attend post tender meetings
  • dealing with day-to-day commercial issues and assisting the Divisional Managers
  • raise applications for payment and ensure that cashflow is maximised and any differences between applied and certified are dealt with
  • submitting necessary notices
  • evaluate and submit variations, EOTs, Claims etc
  • ensuring accurate records are maintained to safeguard against all issues that affect the financial liability of the works
