Responsibility
- end-to-End project management of all assigned projects
- lead or attend client meetings to take briefs and present results, research or development work
- maintaining open and effective communication with clients with regards to the planning and delivery of individual programmes of work and projects
- communicating with the development team and supporting them to ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled
- ownership of work breakdown structure, production of estimates, project plans, technical plans and requirements, scope management and change control
- manage workflow and resources to ensure all work is scheduled in a timely manner, allowing for all necessary internal reviews
- to be aware of and comply with company policies and procedures
- when necessary, assist the wider team with tasks that may not be part of core role description. The Digital Panda team is small and we all support each other
Requirements
- the ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a positive approach to challenges
- they will be able to manage their own workload with an independent and proactive way of working
- excellent time and project management skills
- IT literacy is essential, with the ability to quickly adapt to using new systems
- must be punctual
- most importantly you must be a team player
- must be enthusiastic with high level communication and customer service skills, previous work experience in customer service would be beneficial but not essential
