- then tag the top 3 performers and big them up, it’s harder to find the bottom 3 performers due to there being no rankings on the report so we will leave them and just ask for everyone to review their scores and improve where needed

- stop number I.E - stop 5
- the locker name I.E - locker ‘thunder’
- A QA code from one of the parcels on that stop
- A picture of the locker if the issue is due to the locker not functioning or is damaged
- check all Ementor logins and PRE DVIC and call out in the group who needs to complete
- at loadout ensure you check all lanes, so the cages are in correct order
- flow meeting at 2pm must attend in person. Then 4pm in person and 6pm via chime or call
