Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- responsible for managing Hotel bookings during the day
- working within the Spa department when busy, assisting on reception, taking bookings
- advising of facilities to guests and upselling where possible
- providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to all guests
- general administration tasks
- taking payments
- carrying out show rounds and explaining hotel / spa facilities
- dealing with special requests, for example - modifying bookings to meet larger group requirements
Requirements
- must have excellent customer service skills with a warm, friendly and welcoming personality
- must be IT efficient
- good telephone manner
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- professional and presentable appearance
