- execute timely and efficient pickup and delivery services between the Palace Laundry facility in Fulham and various locations across central London, including our 8 hotels and other client establishments
- maintain cleanliness and organisation of the assigned vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues promptly to ensure the safety and reliability of the transportation fleet
- provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries, representing Firmdale Hotels with professionalism and courtesy at all times, and promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and handling goods, prioritizing the safety of oneself, passengers, and pedestrians at all times
- collaborate effectively with other members of the Palace Laundry team and relevant hotel staff to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, optimize logistics, and ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- valid UK Driving license with a clean record
- proficiency in navigating central London routes
- comfortable driving in busy urban environments
- excellent time management skills
