promote Palace for Life activities to participants including qualifications, events, short courses and trips
ensure processes and delivery meet the needs of participants by collaborating with all colleagues of the Foundation
maintain good working relationships with Crystal Palace Football Club and the Academy, parents and carers, employers and referrers, and other stakeholders
