  • support sports and other activities within after school club settings
  • support participants to improve their physical and mental wellbeing
  • promote Palace for Life activities to participants including qualifications, events, short courses and trips
  • ensure processes and delivery meet the needs of participants by collaborating with all colleagues of the Foundation
  • maintain good working relationships with Crystal Palace Football Club and the Academy, parents and carers, employers and referrers, and other stakeholders
