  • NPI – Production Engineer
  • pailton Engineering design and manufacture bespoke, high quality steering solutions for commercial and military vehicles
  • we are focussed on assisting mid-volume Original Equipment vehicle manufacturers with bespoke engineered solutions for their driveline systems
  • create detailed production routings, process flow documents, Standard operating procedures, PFMEAs and control plans
  • to ensure efficient production methods are established and maintain continuous improvement of production operations
  • good understanding of the Design for Manufacture philosophy to enable right first time manufacturing and assembly processes
  • we are looking for an experienced NPI – Production Engineer to join us

Requirements

  • A skilled, innovative Production Engineer; capable of implementing processes and procedures as part of our development and delivery of safety critical products, while equally versed in problem solving and continuous improvement techniques
  • you will be required to work as part of a multi-disciplined team, as well as being a self-driven individual capable of achieving project target requirements and timescales
